Many members are wondering how I get sign ups and how they can get their own sign ups. The truth of the matter is I'm a believer in working smarter not harder. Set your plan up to market for you even when your not there.
The first of these which I have found very successful was posting videos. Videos can be made very quickly and easily with Windows Movie Maker. If you want to record your screen a good program to use is Camstudio. The great thing about a video is it is personable and it's always on working for you. The sign up ratio is roughly about 2-3%. This percentage goes up with a good video and down with a poor video.
Youtube is a great resource and partnered with a program called Tubemogul can be very effective. Tubemogul allows you to upload your video to about 8 top video sites all at once. You have to register by creating your username and password at each site and put your details in Tubemogul. When you upload your video to Tubemogul and it distributes your video to the sites. This way only one sign up, one upload, and you only have to type the title, description, and tag once.
Now that you have your video uploaded you have to add some information about it. Whatever you want your video to show up under when searched is what you have to put in several times. For instance if you want your video to be at the top of Teamwork Revolution, make sure you have the words Teamwork Revolution in the Title of the video, somewhere in the description of the video, and use this as the tag. Tags are keywords used to define your video, when someone searches videos by typing a search word your video will pop up if the search word matches your tag. The more tags your video has the less specific your video is and will place lower on the list. This is a balancing act. If your tags are "teamwork revolution" and "twr power system", then if someone types in either of those your video will show up. The downfall is you will be on the 2nd or further page and not on the first page of YouTube. If you just put "teamwork revolution" you will be on the first page, but you won't be found under twr power system. So this is a balancing act. I recommend only 1 or 2 tags, as anymore than that your video will hardly get seen. Now even though your tag is really specific, it comes down to your rating to get you to the top of the first page.
How do you get your rating high do you ask? That is simple, but it takes time. Make 10 email accounts (you can make less or more) and register each one to a separate YouTube account. Use each account to rate your video 5 stars, add to favorites, and subscribe. Even leave yourself a comment like "Wow I'm signing up". People are more likely to join something when they see someone else has. Another good comment is "I have been with this guy for a week and I'm getting spillover from him every day", comments like that. Now that you have 10 perfect 5 star ratings you meet with other team members and rate theirs, and they rate yours. 10 members with 10 emails are 100 ratings of 5 stars. You will be at the top of the first page for your tag. For the tag to make money you may need 200-400 5 star ratings as your competing with more people. As our team grows we can start accessing these avenues and recruiting people at a faster pace.
When you name your video name it something interesting, that catches peoples attention. Like "Is Teamwork Revolution a SCAM?" then in your video say ABSOLUTELY NOT, I love it and go on like that. Or what I have recently done was "Proof Teamwork Revolution Works". People like to see proof of income.
Make your presence know on your video. Advertise as a team. Do you notice who's videos are doing very well, The Team videos. Make yourself sound plural. Use the TWR Power System Team, your success is my success. But make yourself seem larger then you are.
The next thing you can do is chat with people. People are much more inclined to listen or talk to a person rather then read text. Think about the last time you called your phone company. Even though the automated digital voice could answer all your questions you still want to push the '0" and talk to a real person. Go into a chat room and chat with a few people. DO NOT RAM THE BUSINESS DOWN THEIR THROAT. Instead say something personal. Find something you have in common for a while to talk about, then mentioned the business. From there on it can be business. If they don't want to listen don't waste your time, say thank you and go on your way. This is a good way to get people as you have about a 5-10% sign up rate. However once you stop talking there's no more sign ups.
Third good thing is posting ads online and on free advertising sites, and online lists. There are several on the links page. Say something like you're hiring marketers, or selling websites, or something of that nature. This way you just answer emails when they come in. This is good because while you sleep people could be viewing your add. It's not as personable and has only about 1% or less sign up ratio.
Set up a splash page sometimes called a capture page. Blinkweb is free and great for this. It's also offered in the start up pack when you join the TWR Power System. A splash page is great because people get the information, and if they don't want to sign up at that moment they can ask you a question rather then just leaving. It can also display your personal picture and your favorite YouTube video about the business. You can send people to that splash page. You could have a sign up button linked to your Personal Referral ID. The best part of this is if they are a little apprehensive to sign up they won't jut leave but can send you an email to ask more questions from the splash page. People do not want to feel cornered. They want to feel free. Posting "you can quit anytime" is always good to put as they are not so afraid to try something if there's little commitment.
Finally the old fashioned piece of paper. Print out a catchy slogan like "MAKE MONEY ON THE INTERNET TODAY" and have your link at the bottom on a tear away strip. Post these on any boards you see in grocery stores. Make sure you print it on some BRIGHT paper so it gets noticed. Again tear off the first tab yourself, so that way the next person is interested and is more apt to take a piece if someone already has take one before them. People feel safer doing something that has already been done before. (It's a psychological thing!)
Get business cards made, hand them to people at gas stations, coffee shops, and other low income jobs. Most people who will want something like this want to change their lives and making an extra $50-$400 month to them is a lot of money. You can get business cards free and just pay for shipping from some Internet sites. When you go into Subway and places like that you can enter your business card to win sandwiches, BONUS!
Here is something else I have found, It is hard to sign up people on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday as this is when people are relaxing and don't want to hear anything about business or working, or anything. The best days to market are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. But... this is not carved in stone, there are many exceptions so don't psych yourself out.
By the way, Safelists and Traffic Exchanges rarely work; also never give them a good email account because they will fill it with junk mail.
Another hint is that males are more likely to sign up then females. And the age range from 21-55 is a prime category. Using Chatango you can choose this demographic. Unclick Canada so you search globally, choose male, and age range 18-60. Works very well. Marketing is not so much luck but using averages and statistics. Test this out with other chats.
Another hint to keep you going. Set small goals such as I'm going to fill my first row and work on that. Or I'm going to get each of my downline 1 person. Keep the goals small and attainable. If you reach them great, keep going. If not look back, reflect what you did right and what you did wrong. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Find your strength. Also record how much time each project takes you and how many referrals it gets you.
I hope this helps some of you get started, remember all you need is a few people then you help each of them get a few people!!
We are all in this together and if you stay with the team long enough, you will be successful.
